What is Assisted Lymphatic Therapy?

Assisted lymphatic therapy (ALT) is a gentle, relaxing therapy that

  • Clears the Body of Toxins

  • Reduces Inflammation

  • Strengthens the Immune System

Your lymphatic system can be compared to a highway:

  • When congested, nothing is able to get through.

  • Toxins and excess fluid build up in the tissue.

  • Nutrients and immune cells are unable to reach where they are needed most.

ALT opens up and flushes out these areas of congestion, allowing our “highways” to begin flowing once again.

Each ALT session is equivalent to 8-10 manual lymphatic massages, effectively targeting deep lymphatic organs that manual massage cannot.

One session typically lasts around 60 minutes, and the majority of patients report feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, similar to the effects of a physical massage.
